We were a little nervous that they would need more time to set up, as they didn't arrive until about 25-30 minutes before our event. However that was the only potential negative aspect. These guys were quick with getting food out, I had so many positive comments regarding how good the food was I lost track how many there were. I would absolutely hire this truck again in a heartbeat.

The egg rolls are delicious and the spicy mayo is a nice twist but perhaps providing an option for another sauce as well, like sweet chili :)

As always, the food is excellent! We used to order from this truck all the time when we lived in Lake Bernadette. We'd love to see it more here in Union Park. Please bring back the fancy clucker and the meatloaf!

We had a fabulous event with the Achiote Truck!! Oladis and her crew did an amazing job of providing dinner for my birthday! Oladis made everyone feel special and we great about explaining the menu. Definitely love the food, very yummy! Recommend this truck highly!!!
