All the employees were mostly happy with the meal. a few things that were said is that for the pulled pork they would of liked more meat on the sandwich. Also it was stated that the brownies were homemade, in which they were not. Over all it was a good experience.

I heard the food truck food was delicious and they were very efficient on getting people through the line. Thank you! I was glad to I was able to talk to the food truck driver prior to the event to ensure the food that was coming and that there would be options. I started to wonder if the whole process of finding the truck was a scam.. so glad I was able to connect with a person to ask questions. As always, the food is excellent! We used to order from this truck all the time when we lived in Lake Bernadette. We'd love to see it more here in Union Park. Please bring back the fancy clucker and the meatloaf!

We had a fabulous event with the Achiote Truck!! Oladis and her crew did an amazing job of providing dinner for my birthday! Oladis made everyone feel special and we great about explaining the menu. Definitely love the food, very yummy! Recommend this truck highly!!!

My husband is picky and really liked all 3 tacos... and the chips with cheese dip! He had different kinds of meat in the tacos and liked all three!
