Could have used a bit more chicken salad. I ended up with a few bites of bread with no chicken salad. I also kind of wish I got a bit more for my money. For $15 I sort of expected larger portions. But the flavors were wonderful, I'll definitely be back to try some other things.

The Hot Chicken Sandwich and Nashville Hot Cauliflower is delicious!! & the NashDill Pickle Cream Cheese was like nothing I have had before, I frequent Southern Spoon and they are always on point!!

All meals that we tried have been great, from the gyro sandwich, to the tenders, to the Philly cheese steak (and the fries). Great taste, quality and service. Highly recommended.

We are speechless!!! Food was insanely fresh and delicious. Huge portions too!! You get more than your money’s worth! We had the mushroom Swiss burger with sweet potato fries, the wings with the habanero and the darwings sauce, and the waffle fries which our grandson raved about, double order of fried pickles and a hotdog with chili.  can’t wait for this food truck to come back to Raintree.

Hoss burger with double patties was great, the sauce and bacon on the burger was so good. Cajun fries amazing too. First time having Hoss. Will have it again!
