By managing food truck daily life from event booking, to online ordering and catering we have cultivated an intimate relationship with great vendors throughout the country and know exactly which truck(s) will suit your needs, from a small neighborhood party to massive corporate events.
Nothing brings together a South Carolina event like the perfect blend of entertainment and mouth-watering cuisine. Gone are the days when outdoor events in the Palmetto State had to rely solely on tent vendors for food. The modern solution? Food trucks! These mobile kitchens bring a whole new level of convenience and variety, eliminating the need for additional permits, power, and the lengthy setup and breakdown times associated with traditional vendors.
Whether it's a lively concert by the beach, a charming outdoor movie night under the stars of the Lowcountry, or a community gathering in the bustling streets of Charleston, a food truck catering company offers a unique dining experience that traditional tent vendors simply can't match. With food trucks, you're not just getting food; you're adding an unforgettable element to your event. From gourmet delights to classic American comfort food, there's a food truck for every taste and occasion in South Carolina.
Take, for example, Smokin' Gringo's, a food truck that has taken the South Carolina food scene by storm. Offering award-winning BBQ with a unique twist, Smokin' Gringo's blends traditional Southern BBQ with flavors from south of the border, creating a taste sensation that's as memorable as the scenic views of South Carolina itself. Perfect for any event, Smokin' Gringo's is a testament to the diverse and vibrant food truck culture in our state.
So, when planning your next event in South Carolina, consider the endless possibilities that food truck catering brings. Not only will you provide your guests with an array of delicious options, but you'll also give them a taste of the local culture and cuisine that makes South Carolina truly special.
With Best Food Trucks' innovative online ordering system, your South Carolina event attendees can immerse themselves in the festivities without the hassle of waiting in line for food. Whether it's enjoying the vibrant music scenes of Columbia, soaking in the historic charm of Charleston, or basking in the natural beauty of the Upstate, your guests can order their favorite local cuisine right from their smartphones. They'll receive a text when their Southern delicacies or coastal treats are ready to be picked up. This seamless integration of technology and local flavor ensures that the focus remains on the unique experiences your event offers.
Plus, with the option to send out a pre-order link, attendees can schedule their pick-up times before the event even begins. This means more time enjoying the sights and sounds of South Carolina and less time standing in line. Food trucks paired with our state-of-the-art online ordering system represent the ultimate convenience for your event attendees, allowing them to savor the exceptional eats South Carolina's food trucks have to offer without missing a beat of the event fun!

This food truck was the best brisket my guests and I have ever had! And the other items were equally delicious. The guys preparing and serving couldn’t have been nicer. I’ve had guests come up to me after the event commenting on the food and service! I would HIGHLY recommend them.
