the barbecue was superb super tender sauce was really flavorful. Barbecue really didn't need any sauce and the Sausages were unbelievable

I love the tasty flavors from Mom's Taco 🌮 the birria quesadilla is one of my favorites and the tacos al pastor, and more!!!!!! Everything they make is with perfect Mexican flavors!

They were quick and the food tasted delicious, the only reason for a lower rating was the the greasiness of the tator tots.

The truck driver/server was very nice. He said he served his allotted meals but he was out very, very quickly which was a little concerning to me. The other two trucks we had lasted much longer.

The crunchiness of the tater tots was perfect, the seasoning, too! Grilled cheese also had a perfect crunch to the outside and great combo of cheeses!@
