The Big Red Food Truck in Seattle The Big Red Food Truck was created by Chef Tony, a local Caterer who has over 29 years of culinary and hospitality experience working in the Seattle area. Big Red Food Truck is famous for it's huge, delicious sandwiches and more: from Italian Grinders, Chili Lime Street Tacos, Cubano sandwiches, and a perfect Burger. This truck features satisfying comfort food prepared to order the right way and it is very tasty. One crowd pleaser is the Loaded Mac n' Cheese topped with smokey pulled pork, bacon, BBQ sauce and jalapenos. Big Red is ready to provide Food Truck Catering at your next Seattle get together. Tried to order one week earlier, but they sold out extremely quick. I had to know why. Got my order in early this time. Was well worth the wait. The Cubano was a very tasty sandwich, and was pretty big too.

The Pulled Pork Sammy could use a little more sauce (or a small sauce on the side). Otherwise it was very delicious!

Had ordered food to be ready at 10:15, order completed at 10:31. Asap orders were getting filled before my order was completed. A coworker ordered after I did, was 18 (132) orders higher than myself (114) and got their order 10 minutes before I did. They ordered asap, about 45 minutes or so before their completion, I ordered around 8:30 am. Not right.
