C.H.E.W Philly Foodtruck

We are a Philadelphia based food truck that started out in Philly in 2013 with my first truck which was custom built by myself. I went on to build a second truck which was a Dessert truck to compliment the first Cheese E Wagon. I decided to build a 3rd truck consisting of a trailer and drive it out here to Arizona to operate during the colder months in Philly and have decided to now call Arizona home.
I got into the food industry full time in 1999 by attending  the Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College and completing a 2 year associates program specializing in Culinary arts. After spending a few years in fine dinning and moving over to the corporate world as a Sous Chef in the fine dinning area of a philly sports complex, I moved on to an executive postion as a Chef at the University of Penn student dining facility and decided that I wanted to get into the food truck business and thus Cheese E Wagon was born.
 
 We offer Original Philadelphia Cheese steaks just like they are made in Philly from a guy born and raised in South Philadelphia.
We also offer other Cheese E offerings such as:
 -Chicken Cheesesteaks
 -Cheese Whiz fresh cut french fries
- Mac and Cheese bites
 We use as many local products when ever possible

 We are availble for catering as well as Parties and can change up the menu to fit the needs.
 I have alot of years in the food industry and this is what I love to do.
