Carolina Cookin' is a traveling display of Southern hospitality - boldly flavored, deeply satisfying dishes created with and served from the food truck! With a style firmly rooted in the rich traditions of the American South, we continuously amaze our guests with original culinary creations. Where else can you get soft shell crab and grits, oyster tacos, a brisket quesadilla or chorizo grits? We mix southern specialties with familiar cuisine for a unique style we call 'Southern Fusion'. Whether on the road at fairs and festivals, at a Food Truck event, or catering slow-smoked BBQ at a Pig Pickin' or formal white tablecloth events, our exuberant, approachable cooking style and passion for good eats comes to life in everything we do.
