The Cathouse Pizza Food Truck began thanks to the success of Cathouse Pizza, a popular food stop founded in Snohomish Area in 2010. In the beginning of 2013 the Mascotti Family purchased the restaurant, enamored with it's food, charm and loyal customers. They have since grown the small hometown restaurant into a empire known for fun family dining. The Cathouse Pizza Food Truck brings their high quality New York Style Pizza to the streets of the PNW! Well I bought a double pepperoni for myself and a margarita pizza for my son for tonight's dinner but 15 minutes after I put it in the refrigerator someone stole all but one piece of the pepperoni. The slice I had was wonderful!! I put a note on the refrigerator that they should be ashamed of themselves for stealing my food. Evidently someone couldn't pass it up. I'm excited for them to come back.

These guys just make a solid thin crust pizza. The seasoning is on point. Excited to see them back on the rotation for boeing again.
