The Chicas Birria Taco Truck was founded by owner and operator Maria Ruiz, whose desire is to bring authentic Birria to the streets of Atlanta. We are proud to offer our customers a wide variety of Mexican Birria options such as Beef, Chicken and even Vegan Birria. Our tacos are served with dipping sauce (consome), side salsas and cheese upon request. You can find us serving around town or better yet book us to Cater your next family/work event.
