Here at Cochinita we feature Yucatan Mayan Fusion Food. We are a Family owned food truck, featuring authentic recipes passed down from multiple generations with our own Cali twist! We are passionate about our culture and its traditional food originating from Merida, Yucatan. The flavors from Annatto seeds, Naranja Agria, and charred Chiles are unique to our home. We incorporate these delicious spices and ingredients in all of our dishes. We Cater too so you can bring the Yucatan flavors home with you!
