DD’s Chick and Cat Shack specializes in Authentic Southern Fried Cuisine. Our company was established in 2004 by David and Crystal McClendon, a husband-and-wife team. Our journey began out of our home then we spent years serving troops at Fort Irwin. After Fort Irwin, we became pop up specialists holding contracts with major corporations like the world Famous Rose Bowl. We love what we do! We are thankful and honored for the opportunity to have catered to people from all walks of life, from everyday people like us to Hollywood's celebrity entertainers, sports figures, and music icons. After many years of talking about it, in 2003, we finally purchased who we call "The Black Mobile", our first food truck! We are grateful for all of the continued calls requesting our services, without them there would be no DD's Chick and Cat Shack LLC.
