The Delfino's Chicago Style Pizza Food Truck serves up authentic Chicago Style Pizza as only a true Chicago native can do. For over 20 years, Delfino’s has served as an ambassador to the Northwest thanks to owner and operator Jay Cascio. It all starts with our proprietary recipes, perfected in Chicago nearly 75 years ago. Fresh dough and tomato sauce is made in-house daily. Then we add only the freshest of ingredients and cook up these masterpieces to perfection. The Delfino's Food Truck carries a variety of authentic 6" Chicago style personal Pizzas, Caesar salad and freshly baked cookies. We offer Food Truck Catering here in Seattle or can be found at local festivals and breweries. Come see why Delfino's is a true slice of Chicago!

The pizza crust was crispy but not burnt, and the pie filling was heated consistently throughout. But my $3 cookie was burnt. It doesn't cost much to dump a batch of burnt cookies and make another, but serving a burnt batch might make every customer avoid a $3 purchase next time.
