About Dilla Libre

Dilla Libre has rich roots in Arizona culinary history. We were one of the first gourmet food trucks in the valley right after the recession of 2008/2009. We were called Luncha Libre at that time. Over the years, we hit the streets of Phoenix serving the best and most outrageous quesadillas known to mankind.

Fast forward many years, we are still doing the same thing, just under a different name and with a greater reach. We are a proud front runner in the Phoenix culinary revolution that turned our sleepy hot dog and hamburger eating food scene into the multi-cultural, exciting place we have today.

Now, in addition to our food trucks, we have two restaurants serving the valley. Dilla Libre Uno in North Phoenix (13th Street and Northern) and Dilla Libre Dos in South Scottsdale (Hayden and Thomas). Our restaurants give us much more room to be creative. Half of our menu is vegan while the entire menu pulls influences from cultures around the world to continue to push the envelope in quesadilla and taco technology. We are proud of having a place where traditional diners, vegans and vegetarians, adventurous, and not so adventurous eaters can all find incredible dishes that they crave. And crave you will!
