I began selling delicious Mexican food in 2014. Based out of North Hollywood, California, he has been sharing his delicious dishes to everyone in the Los Angeles County area.
I am motivated Chef de Cuisine who graduated from a culinary arts school. I am a motivated individual with inspirational cuisine with over twenty years of experience and  skills. I have been providing consistency flavors and stunning finesses dishes for customers to enjoy in all Fair grounds and special events that I have attended. My back ground and signature dishes have put me ahead among other competitors. My passion is cooking and to create delightful, tasteful, Flavorful Heavenly pleasing, Gastronomical satisfying and aromatic dishes.   My menu has different options that include Tex Mex Mexican, American, Vegetarian, Vegan and popular specialty items that have being offer at the biggest Fair in Los Angeles County in Pomona.
