The El POLLON on the Road food truck has a delectable menu of authentic Peruvian Food. Favorites like Lomo Saltado, Ceviche and stir fried Chaufas will impress folks who haven't yet savored this style of cuisine. They feature Pollo a la Brasa, a rotisserie style chicken you can order whole and take home to feed the whole family.
