Nacho cheese didn't seem like nacho cheese. More like Velveeta or melted cheddar. Chips were also under seasoned.

Yes, the plantains and the fried pork were a bit overcooked. With a Puerto Rican mother in law the standard are way up there :) Pulled Pork Sandwich was excellent as were the empanadillas

Burger was messy but delicious. Fries needed to be seasoned. Because they were unseasoned there was not enough ketchup included. You also need to get new pictures. Your current ones make you food look very unappetizing. People are turned off by that.

Yes, you need to move faster and you need not argue with your customers. I don't think you should come back to Galen because of this!

Delicious food, beef empanada and pork chop. 5 stars. Ready on time and hot. Would vote to have them come back to location again.
