Fried Green Tomatoes Food Truck in Nashville
Launched in August of 2012, the Fried Green Tomatoes Food Truck made its debut at the prestigious Wilson County (TN) Fair, one of the largest in the nation. From that very first outing, it was obvious that great southern hospitality combined with delectable fried green tomatoes were a recipe for success.
But, as we traveled around pleasing the palates of folks all across the southeastern United States, we continually received requests from those who wanted to take home our batter mix and The Secret Sauce. We hadn't really considered that but when we stopped to think about it, it made perfect sense - and that brings us to our shiny, new website.
Holly Gatlin Cooper, owner of “Fried Green Tomatoes,” has over 18 years of experience in the food industry. Her past endeavors include partner in the Blue Goose Café and managing and operating of The Hermitage House Smorgasbord.

The food was hot and cooked well. Great flavor. Loved the Fried pickles!!! The Chicken tenders were awesome. Just wish they had sugar conscious drinks.

I am a green tomato connoisseur. These remind me of Alabama. Amazing texture and taste. All of the food exceed my thoughts. I live in Stone Hollow and cant wait till the truck come next week.

Loved the tomatoes- have had them lots of times. Wish the sauce was more remoulade spicy. The fries were a little dry.
