Go Fusion Grill Asian Fusion Food Truck in Los Angeles

Go Fusion N Grill was born in 2014. When Eddie Escobar (owner) was working in the restaurant business for 12 years, he desperately wanted to express his culinary skills and creative taste in his own way. Right there and then, he developed a menu featuring Mexican, Asian and American fusion cuisine, and followed his dreams and bought his first food truck. He then brought onboard his best friend and business partner, Diego Zometa.

In 2016, they welcomed their 2nd Go Fusion N Grill truck after high demand.
A year later, they wanted a new menu and truck, focusing on health, fitness, and wellness. This is how Go Beyond The Bowl came to life, featuring fresh poke, healthy options, and flavorful bowls.

With four food trucks under their belt, the Go Trucks Catering brand is soaring.
Some of their greatest accomplishments are working in the Amazon Prime movie "The Happys" and the big television hit show, "The Rookie".
The Go Trucks have catered for the likes of Drew Barrymore in "The Santa Clarita Diet", Dodgers star pitcher Clayton Kershaw at his yearly Celebrity Ping Pong Tournament, and Ariana Grande's music video "Thank U, Next".

You can find us monthly when in season at Ladies Night out in Burbank, and GrubFest in Granada Hills. Additionally, we are at street fairs, concerts, beauty cons, and we can even cater your next event.
