Jose's Kitchen Food Truck has been serving Nashville and the surrounding area since 2017. Jose’s Kitchen is a Chinese/Mexican fusion establishment providing hearty and luscious meals to our community. We have a brick and mortar location in Smyrna and the food truck, which extends our capabilities. Try our Fish Tempura Tacos and our beloved Pork Egg Rolls! Everything was great but I really liked the chipotle shrimp and my wife liked the tempura fish tacos best as well as the pork egg rolls.

Taste was good but we all agreed it was lightly off and not your usual excellence. I can only speak to my dish but the sauce in the chipotle chicken was loose and not as tight as usual.
