About Kopus Gourmet Burgers
Welcome to the Kopus Gourmet Burgers Food Truck, here in Austin! Our menu selections are not your standard fare- these Loaded Burgers are the stuff that dreams are made of. Try the “Bourbon & Blues” Burger, with blue cheese, apple wood smoked bacon, bourbon caramelized onions, lettuce and garlic aioli. Our "Brie & Berry" Burger is an 8oz patty topped with brie, berry compote, lettuce and a dijon garlic aioli. We have a Veggie Burger and some great sides, come try Kopus today or book us for Catering!

The customer service was tops - I placed two orders a day apart and they worked to fill them both so we could pick them up at the same time - above and beyond. And the burgers were amazeballs of course.

All the people working in the truck MUST wear masks. Next time I will refuse the food and expect a refund. I thought this was the rule, but 2 out of 3 of the guys did not have masks. I was served first and told them to put masks on.

That you came onsite to our apartment! I'd probably order more meals for the convenience of ordering ahead, and then walk to pick it up!

Loved the food, but so late. Also asked for well done meat, but it was very pink. I would love to see them back...constructive criticism.

Label the boxes. El Fuerto needs more jalapeños. More brie on berry and brie. French fries great and fresh. Overall. 4.5 rating

Garlic fries had the perfect amount of garlic (a shitload) and the bourbon and bleu was delicious (and not overly Bleu cheesy). Best burger I've had in a while!
