The Little Cancun on the Go Food Truck has been serving the greater Nashville since 2015 and our specialty is Tex-Mex street food! Our unique flavors and custom creations are now town favorites. We are best known for our famous Jim's Nachos and our delicious, original White Queso Cheese Dip. We also do Burritos, Bowls, Quesadillas, truck made Guacamole and so much more. Got it! Here’s an updated review: “I recently had the pleasure of trying Little Cancun Taco Truck, and it was absolutely delicious! The tacos were packed with flavor, made with fresh ingredients, and had a perfect balance of seasoning. You can tell a lot of love and care goes into every dish they serve.
