The brisket was cooked completely, juicy, the bbq sauce was delicious. The slaw was cut thick and had the right amount of vinegar flavor. The Georgia Sandwich was also good. Collard greens were well cooked, though the smoked peppery flavor was not the style my spouse enjoys. Will try different side next time. Buns had good texture, supported meat/sauce well.

Should not oversell the fish. I ordered haddock, but had to settle for catfish. It was not clear that "chips" were not included as part of the meal on their menu.

The ability to text someone that was paying attention to my order. I do think the truck should be parked in a way to avoid promoting a crowd pool standing by the truck. The trucks faced trees and grass and a hill-- it was a tight space, so people crowded on that side and did not socially distance very well. Ideally the truck should face the sidewalk side so people can form a long socially distanced line if needed..
