Longhorn Chicken

American Comfort

About Longhorn Chicken

I started Longhorn Chicken out of my passion for food. I have two degrees, one in food service management and the other in culinary arts. I am classically french trained, but never was one for boujee eating. I prefer traditional home cooking done better than Grandma used to make. Rustic classic flavors that make you feel comfortable and safe. Longhorn Chicken is not your average food truck, we are Austin’s finest Chicken, Wings, Waffles and more. Comfort yourself with the best: hire us for Catering.

Make sure in advance that they have enough of their sides available so that they don't run out so quickly.

All...chicken, potatoes, and waffle. I loved how it was ready right on time and was good and hot!

Biscuits got soggy from sitting next to chicken maybe another syrup for two biscuits. People could have been more friendly

The tenders, mash, corn, biscuit, waffles, were all 5 out of 5 this has been the best food truck so far I've eaten at here. I wished they had the Mac and cheese available that was on the menu is my only complaint lol

Chicken was good. Pretty sure the mashed potatoes were powdered. If not, they sure tasted that way. I'd go back. Just get a different side. I'd recommend them.

Chicken was fantastic but my mashed potatoes were runny from the gravy - maybe serve the gravy in the side-?-

Chicken was very tasty but mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese weren't very warm. Will definitely be going back and trying another chicken item, possibly with fries
