Every day a little more sugar is added to the recipe to maintain the cherries crunchy texture, while remaining juicy and flavorful.

Challenges: More difficult to obtain Certificate of Insurance documentation than it should have been. This should not require multiple follow-ups. The offerings were delicious, they arrived ahead of schedule and were customer service oriented.
