Pane Piatto brings you a different alternative in Tampa, as we focus on the traditional Pizza Napoletana, as well as the authentic Tuscan Focaccia known as Schiacciata. It is a practical and simple place where we create unique and faithful flavors. We maintain traditional preparation methods with the best quality of ingredients such as 00 Caputo flour, Italian tomatoes, fior di late or buffalo cheese, Italian extra virgin olive oil, without ever forgetting the use of the oven as the main and fundamental tool in our preparations. Our pizzas are made with tender, thin dough stretched by hand and with tall edges, baked at 720ºf for 90 seconds. Likewise, our Schiacciata is thin, has a toasted crust, but is soft and spongy on the inside with a wonderful flavor, which when filled with our variety of sausages, creams and vegetables, achieves a perfect harmony of flavors and textures on the palate.

The crust could be a little thicker. I had to roll it like a burrito to pick it up so the toppings didn't fall off. Other than that, it was good.

The pizza was excellent. Crust was thin and had the right amount of chewiness and the sauce was nice and tangy
