Pasta Galifi specializes in the production of fresh and dry pasta using only top quality semolina flour. We have over 20 types of pasta, not to mention all the flavors and natural colors that can be added to any pasta. The possibilities are endless!
Pasta Galifi was founded by Andrea and Annabella Galifi in 2018. Andrea was born and raised in Rome, Italy and Annabella in Nashville, Tennessee.
Together we share a passion for Italian cuisine and believe the secret to the perfect pasta dish starts with the perfect pasta!

Pasta was just perfectly cooked and hot! The flavors were so good on the pasta with cheese sauce & truffle seasoning. The portion size was very good for price.

Everything was absolutely delicious! Unfortunately the balsamic was missing from my caprese salad. But I will absolutely be back ☺️

Their food is ALWAYS amazing...and generously portioned! The meatballs and caprese salad are among my favorites. And I didn't know that I liked tiramisu until I tried theirs! Delicious! And on top of that, their service is terrific. Always friendly and enthusiastic!

Completely missed the email during work about Pasta Galifi being in the neighborhood. Saw it as I was coming in. Stopping by one of my favorite food trucks turned this crummy day around!
