Peppaz HTX

Peppaz HTX is a women owned small business. We believe that consistency, quality and love is important for every dish we put out. We started our business in 2018 making plates and doing catering events. In 2020 covid took over and the only think making money was food trucks and restaurants. In 2021 we decided that we wanted to invest in our purpose and started a food truck. Our food truck made two years in February 2024.

We specialize in chicken. We have a chicken sandwich, 3 types of chicken tacos, chicken wings, one of a kind fried broccoli and freshly squeezed lemonade. We cater to all types of events (i.e. birthday parties, corporate lunches/events, weddings, rehearsal dinners and etc.) We believe in serving good food for a memorable event.
