Hi, I am Cezary!
I moved from Poland in 2005, right here - to the beautiful state of Colorado. When I settled, I quickly realized Polish cuisine was neither trendy nor easy to find. That day, I promised myself to change that. After over 18 years, I am proud to say I did it! My pierogies are served in most European-themed restaurants around the state and Polish cuisine is synonymous with Pierogies Factory!
If you have never had Polish food, my challenge to you is – give it a try. While I understand, trying new things isn’t always the most popular option, I think our Google review ratings of an almost perfect 5-star score, with 1500+ votes, will solidify your newfound love for Polish food.

Cezar did an AMAZING job at our campground wedding outside of Fort Collins. The portions were massive, and everything was cooked to perfection! We got so many compliments from guests about how tasty the food was and also Cezar's cheery demeanor. We cannot recommend this food truck enough and look forward to going back to their brick and mortar restaurant next time we're in the Littleton area!
