As Canadians living in the US, it’s been very difficult, if not darn right impossible to find good, authentic poutine. The dish that is often advertised as poutine is nothing but a different version of cheese fries. So, with the experience developed with Pop-up Patisserie, our co-founder and head of production came up with his own cheese curds recipe, and uses a sauce imported from Montreal to create the best and most authentic poutine available. Our poutine can be enjoyed the "traditional" way (fries, curds and sauce), or you can add sliced smoked meat, bacon, veggies, and more!
Montreal smoked meat (beef brisket) sandwiches, savory puff pastry tartlets, sausage rolls (pork), and tourtiere (beef pie) are all customer favorites. And don't forget to order some of our French pastries for dessert including, macarons, cream puffs, eclairs, nanaimo bars, and chocolate truffles.
