Our Smoked Brisket is smoked for 12 hours. It is so juicy and tender. We do not sauce our Brisket. BBQ Sauce in available. We serve our brisket on an 41/2 in. Brioche Bun.
Smoked Chicken Quarters are smoked and served with BBQ sauce.
Smoked Kielbasa served with green peppers and onions on a 8 inch Hoagie Bun.
Our pulled pork is smoked for 10 hours and is so juicy and tender. We do not serve our pulled pork with sauce. Sauce is served on the side. We serve our sandwiches on an 4 1/2 in Brioche Bun.
Our pork ribs are cut St Louis Style and smoked . These fall off the bone ribs and so tender and Juicy. Our ribs are not sauced. Sauce is provided.
Our coleslaw is so delicious a fresh. Finely shredded cabbages, carrots and seasoned with a blend of seasonings. It is mayo based.

Our mac n Cheese is a blend of different cheeses. We season with a blend of different seasonings and smoke for several hours.
