About Roaming Coyote
The Roaming Coyote Taco Truck is a mobile extension of Fairfax City’s Favorite Tex-Mex restaurant, Coyote Grille. Our menu offers "Howling Good Food" in the way of handcrafted Tacos, mini Chimichangas and more. Try the Al Pastor or Cochabamba Tacos, they're bound to leave you craving more! We hand make our salsas/sauces like Chipotle Bourbon and Avocado Cream. We take pride in the preparation and consistency of our menu items, and yes, Roaming Coyote does Food Truck Catering and you can book us here!

Roaming Coyote was AMAZING! There were great options, it tasted great, and everyone was so wonderful to work with. We loved having Roaming Coyote cater our corporate team event.

The steak and the BBQ pulled pork of the locos nachos was very succulent. I should have asked for guacamole to really tie it all in.

Ordered guacamole & chips. Very small container of guacamole with decent amount of chips. Not enough guacamole for amount of chips. Definitely not worth $5.99

They were fine. The ordering system does not give them the special orders like something on the side or excluding an ingredient. Otherwise they were great.

Bowls were amazing! But wouldn’t recommend the guac or nachos. Guac wasn’t fresh and came in a tiny little add-on-sized container. Nachos were quickly soggy.
