Magic happens when the right things come together. For us that was a love of frozen treats, the desire to eat REAL food, and a great dog named Rocko.
Rocko's was founded in 2013 to serve carefully crafted and custom-made ice cream tacos using high quality, locally sourced, and organic ingredients; all wrapped up in one cute, little package. What started as a small ice cream cart eventually expanded into an ice cream taco truck and in Spring 2018, we opened our first brick-and-mortar store in Santa Clara, CA. Don't worry though, we still take the truck out regularly and can bring the ice cream taco cart to your next party!

Our business practices continue to be a product of our core beliefs. We strive to produce unadulterated products sustainably while building strong relationships within our community. Pure ingredients and sincere execution means a product that we feel good about making, eating, and sharing (even with our pups- check out our doggie bon bons!)
