Authentic street taco truck! We use our family's recipes to create delicious dishes!
Book our trailer with an amazing griddle at the back porch, great for big events and parties.
We serve guests pretty quick too!
Our specialty are steak street tacos.
We are usually parked for lunch at Downtown Franklin.

The food was tasty and the presentation/experience was wonderful! Ricky is the nicest and a great chef. Olga ensured our guests with dietary needs had options to eat. She also worked directly with the event venue to ensure everything went smoothly. I would have Salsa Franklin Taco at any event.
