Jane Lim and her brothers have deep roots to the Houston, TX community, having called the city their home for over 30 years. With Seoulside Wings, they’re adding a touch of their own cultural heritage to the city’s eclectic food scene. This truck serves up piping hot Korean-style street food on the daily, making this a culinary experience avid eaters across The Lone Star State don’t want to miss. The Lims coat their wings in a crispy batter and double fry them before covering them in mouth-watering seasonings. You can sample anything from a mild lemon pepper wing to the sweet and very, very spicy Hotbokki. If you’re not feeling poultry, no worries. The menu also sports fries galore, including a honey butter variety for your sweet tooth and a loaded Kimchi Fries with house marinated Bulgogi and seared kimchi. Follow them on their instagram @seoulsidehtx to find their food truck and the opening of their second location at the new Conservatory Galleria Food Hall!
