The Surly Mermaid Food Truck in Tampa brings you the very best of land and sea: "The Best Piece of Tail in Town" featuring Conch Fritters, Coconut Shrimp, our slow cooked Pork Stack and fresh Fish & Chips. Chef Steve Thomas developed a love for cooking while helping his Grandmother Hazel in the kitchen when he was a kid. Now a culinary school grad with years of experience in the restaurants, he brings his unique skills to you. The Surly Mermaid is a great Catering option too!
