The Cheese Pit Food Truck has tasty chow for a yummy price! Quality ingredients cooked up with a whole lotta love! Try the classic "Old Skool" with American cheese, or get wild and choose one of our custom creations. "Turkey Bliss" features fresh turkey breast, bacon, swiss cheese and our original honey-garlic mustard sauce grilled on sourdough. We only use fresh baked, thickly sliced sourdough bread from Seattle’s own Macrina Bakery. We have gluten-free bread, vegan cheese and vegan meat substitutes for any sandwich. Do you need Food Truck Catering in the Seattle area? We can do that. Call us for a quote and we'll serve you up the best darn comfort food this side of the Mississippi!

The Sweet Baby Ray's sandwich is Bangarang! Excellent pairing of flavors, wonderful ingredients, absolutely delicious! Cheese Pit is my favorite food truck!

Very friendly. They seemed a bit scattered but they were hustling and I appreciate that. Super nice counter employee. I was glad to see they were busy and will order from them again for sure!

i put a special note when i pre ordered that i wanted pepper jack cheese instead of swiss. (i got swiss) i also put a note that i wanted extra honey mustard sauce on the side. (i got zero sauce - not on the sandwich or no extra sauce. food was good but very disappointed especially since i paid extra for the cheese substitution

There was no bacon on either sandwich ordered. Both advertised with bacon. They could have let us know they were out or updated their menu. I fee like I paid for the bacon which at most places is an expensive add on. Their prices are the same as when they have bacon.
