This food truck and now brick and mortar serves up Gourmet Grilled Cheese melts and nostalgic treats featuring seasonally inspired, responsibly sourced products. Owners Joseph and Crystal's love for the planet motivates them to use all compostable packaging, reducing our footprint as we grow. The Grilled Cheeserie has been featured on multiple Food Network shows and was voted Best Food Truck in the Nashville Scene eight straight years. Plus we love Catering too!

The grilled cheese with grilled chicken added was so good! Love how they make the bread so crunchy. The tater tots were better than I thought they'd be. I was early on my pick up time & they went ahead & made my order. It was all hot & tasty!

I loved the tots, I think some of the best I've ever had. A bit crunchy on outside, which I love!! The only suggestion, and this is really just a personal preference, I thought the bacon on the Mac n cheese sandwich was a little overpowering.

Everything was very good. But the tots were too salty, and the bread on the sandwich was pressed too much for my taste. But would try them again.
