The Iguana Bananas

The Iguana Bananas is specialized in Venezuelan Style Arepas, traditional Mexican and the fusion between the two cuisines. Our recipes are mostly family recipes and originals, that have been passed and perfected from generation to generation. We cook everything with fresh ingredients from scratch. no enhancers, cover-up sauces, chemicals, or preservatives, all the flavors we get come from the rich and correct mix of natural ingredients. Our Arepas are formed and baked fresh inside the truck. Our Mexican Chef, Luis Mendez is in charge of the Mexican part of the menu, and he’s also in charge of directing our kitchen and catering. He has over 20 years of experience and is an expert in Mexican, Italian and Japanese cuisine.
