My name is Hunter Sympson and I am a Chef with a passion for cooking. My passion began at a very young age with my father. We grew up cooking some "not so common" meals such as smoking a whole pig on a spit, to rolling our own Sushi for lunch. Between traveling to such places as Spain, Venezuela and Mexico to my father's love of cooking a home cooked meal, well....needless to say, I was hooked.
My culinary adventures have taken me around the United States; from my first culinary school in Baton Rouge, LA to Orlando, Florida where I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu. I then acquired my apprenticeship at one of the largest Hilton Hotels in the world, Waikoloa Village Hawaii, on the Big Island. I then moved to Sarasota, Florida doing numerous high end catering events as a Chef for the Upscale Restaurant, Madissons. After a few years I returned to my roots in Nashville, TN advancing as a Chef at the Hilton Hotel Downtown Nashville for the last six years.
I have now decided to venture out on my own and become a "The Mobile Chef" and bring gourmet food to you! We can accommodate all groups large or small. Myself and my crew can cook up any and all types of cuisine from backyard craw fish boils to fine dining six course meals. Using a new technology for Brazilian Barbeque Rotisserie, along with a 22 foot custom built mobile kitchen, the options are endless!

Delicious blends of flavors. Loved the steak quesadilla. The rice was cooked perfectly and had wonderful aromatics. The strawberry summer salad was super fresh and loved the strawberry vinaigrette.

Food was good and the cashier was personable, however, we ordered early afternoon, number 106 and at 5:45 we had not heard anything. I walked to the truck and inquired about my order. The cashier gave me a reason that I didn't follow. She then got my order to the cook and I got my food fast. I think they were not organized

. Food was good but signed up for "asap". Not sure when I would have gotten order if I didn't go to truck and ask. I was first in line according to text confirmation so assumed I'd be first to pick up. Asked for no sauce and had sauce on wrap.
