I preordered at 4pm and got an initial time of 5:20. I did not receive food until 5:50. My order was initially given to someone else who preordered under a similar name. When I attempted to ask the truck for an update at 5:45 they were rude to me even though I had been patiently waiting for 45 mins. I would not have received my order if the other woman had left without realizing they gave her my order. They seemed overwhelmed, and I get that it was busy but they should not use a preorder service if they can't handle the system.

It was FREAKING awesome! We had the Mac and cheese w/ ribs and the goat cheese - finished with the s’more for dessert. It was GREAT!

The food is always absolutely delicious! This truck, however, was dirty. We got food from their other truck and it was clean. This truck the scanner had black finger prints on it and the drinks had black stuff on them. I'm not sure what it was.

The tots were nice and crispy on the outside and soft in the inside with the perfect amount of seasoning. Always love the rib melt but sticking with reg bread for here on out (the parm was a little too overpowering/salty which I should have know haha). Keep up the great work and I'll always continue to Support you guys when I can!

From the customer service to the food, everything was outstanding!! It's been nearly 10 years since I've been back to this truck and it's just as amazing as I remember!

The grilled cheeses are delicious and the pick up was easy. The grilled cheese truck website is very slow and it was hard to get the menu to load just to order. It took patience but it was worth it. I hope the website loading time can be looked at.
