The Tamale Fiesta

I offer seven different types of tamales, including vegan, vegetarian, and meat eater options.

The seven different types of tamales are: chicken in green tomatillo sauce, beef in red mole sauce, pork in green tomatillo sauce, cheese tamales, sweet corn, sweet pineapple, and a veggie tamale.

I offer hot and ready to eat tamales and also cold tamales to take home. My cold tamales last approximately 10 days in the refrigerator and 2 months in the freezer.
