The Theo's Gyros Food Truck sells delicious Greek Gyros, Fries and Salads with a Seattle twist. We have many choices when it comes to creating the perfect Gyro. Beef & Lamb, Pork Belly, Chicken, or Falafel, wrapped with greens, onions, tomatoes and tzatziki. Our Gyros are made with certified Halal meats. Try the Gyro Fries, topped with feta cheese, meat, tzatziki and our Greek style piko! Yummm. We love our customers and look forward to bringing our great tasting food to your neighborhood soon! The falafel was really moist and fresh, love the kalamata olives, and love that they take the time to THINLY slice the red onion - please keep doing that!

It's being a little picky but the tomatoes are big ass wedges. It would be cool it they were thin slices or chopped tomato. A little too much mixed greens. The dandelion is so bitter. And finally I wish the Tziki sauce was in the middle or bottom of the gyro not just on the top

Food is good, the in-person service is always one of the best. Please let them know they are doing a great job.
