The Top of Mis Papas Food Truck was established in 2015. We started as a rebel non traditional pop up providing part-time catering. Now we have a 26ft truck ready to serve up our Extremely Loaded Fries! Our revolving menu is curated by culinary masters of gastronomic journeys across many countries, cultures and cuisines: we take special ingredients and serve them over French Fries and other potato products, creating Epic Fries with Attitude!
