Umani

Umani was created in 2017 and has been Utah's best mobile kitchen since. Our Pizza is cooked in our wood fired oven right on our truck! We wanted to design a truck that was beautiful and allow our customers to see into our process. Our large windows allow you to check out our amazing oven and watch the process from start to finish. We are committed to using only the freshest ingredients for our Pizza and our dough is always made the right way - from scratch.

In 2022 we were honored to win the "Food Truck Face Off" where we were the truck to raise the most money for 5 of Utah's best local charities. It brought together the two things we love - helping those in our local community and pizza.
