The food was amazing. My wife got the atomic hoagie and after every bite she said “wow this is so good”. I got the Meetball hoagie and it was so flavorful and filling. Even the chips and slaw were well seasoned and tasty. I’m not even a vegan or vegetarian and I loved this food.

It was mostly good, but…. we are vegan in our home, so we know that there is a LOT of tasty food from the earth. Vegan food does not need to be gratuitously spicy. I would love to have this food truck back IF I can request some of the food not-spicy. If the hot-spices are cooked in, that would be a disappointment.
