The Colorado Pig Rig
The Colorado Pig Rig has a whole lot of midwestern history packed into one truck. Hailing from a long line of farmers and entrepreneurs, the Kriz brothers decided in 2014 to make a business out of their love for food, family, and Colorado cooking.
Equipped with decades of Midwest-style home cooking, the Kriz brothers got to work in building a business that combined two of their favorite forms of food: street tacos and Kansas City BBQ. The result was The Colorado Pig Rig.
Today, the Pig Rig is a celebration favorite all across the state. For weddings to birthdays, there’s no better source of authentic KC-Style BBQ to make an important day into a fond memory.
Since joining the Food Truck Avenue family, the Pig Rig has expanded our menu even further. The secret to the Pig Rig’s incredible flavors? Our exclusive use of locally-sourced and steroid-free ingredients. Plus, we work with customers to develop unique, event-specific menus!
